Held by a professional pizzaiolo, the class allows guests to understand the world of the “Biga” and the various methods in the preparation of this precious dough.

In the Pizzeria, after a short introduction to the pizza and dough world, the hands-on experience will capture all your senses.

Doses and techniques. Ingredients and cooking temperatures. Fire (not too close) and kitchen tools.

Be ready to acknowledge to yourself that you can make, easily, pizza and bread at home.

At the end of class, a carbo lovers’ lunch will be served on the premise.
